Chugach Government Solutions seeks a part-time custodian in Sacramento to support daily custodial maintenance and operations for the contract. You will perform comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and room setup, keeping supervision informed of any issues.

Responsibilities include restroom sanitation, floor care, furniture care, window washing, and minor maintenance tasks. This role requires reliable hands-on work and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Mature judgment and ability to work with little supervision.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background investigation and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize rest rooms and fixtures; replenish supplies.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, equipment.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and walls; clean tables and chairs.
• Empty and sanitize waste receptacles; arrange furniture for events.
• Replace lights and adjust shades and blinds; report maintenance needs.
• Perform special restoration projects on floors, walls, ceilings, furniture.
