Chugach Government Solutions is seeking an on-site Custodian in San Diego, CA to maintain daily custodial services at the North Island contract. You will clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas, while reporting issues to supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to contract requirements. The ideal candidate has knowledge of hand and power tools, excellent communication and organizational skills, and can work with minimal supervision.

Formación

• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management.
• Mature judgment and ability to work with little supervision.
• U.S. Citizen or legal resident alien.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a variety of tasks in a single day and plan work to meet deadlines.
• Clean, sanitize restrooms and related fixtures; wash windows as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; replenish restroom and facility supplies.
• Dust high and low areas; polish furniture and fixtures.
• Move and arrange furniture for cleaning or replacement.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs.
• Perform specialized floor, wall, ceiling, and furniture restoration projects.
• Adhere to contract requirements and safety rules at all times.
• Work closely with fellow employees and maintain a cooperative environment.
• Report accidents, near-misses, and hazards promptly.
• Complete duties timely and accurately; support cost-effective performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
