Job Description

SBM Management is seeking a dependable Custodian to join our team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through various cleaning duties and working collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting waste)
• Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred
