Job summary

Trilogy at Verde River Ranch is seeking a Cook 2 to join the Food & Beverage Team. The role focuses on food preparation, cooking, and serving under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

The position requires a minimum of two years’ cooking experience, a current Food Handlers card, and the ability to read safety rules and follow recipes. This is a part-time role with hourly pay and eligible benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ cooking experience in commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Work and master one kitchen station and take responsibility for actions.
• Ensure service standards meet guest and employee expectations.
• Be proactive in addressing guest or employee issues and resolve challenges.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules for a sanitary environment.
• Read recipes and prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, and casseroles.
