Job summary

Trilogy® at Verde River™: Verde River Golf & Social Club in Rio Verde, AZ is seeking a Cook 3 to join the Food & Beverage Team. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and serving under Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

Requirements include a minimum of three years of cooking in a commercial kitchen, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a current Food Handlers card. We offer benefits and a steady schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.

Responsibilities

• Work and master all kitchen stations.
• Ensure superior service standards for guests and employees.
• Investigate and resolve guest or employee issues as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Prepare, cook, and serve foods per recipes and instructions.
• Carve, portion, garnish, and plate foods to fill orders.
