Job summary

The Pillars of Prospect Park, a senior living community managed by Ebenezer, is seeking a Culinary Assistant to join our dining team in Minneapolis, MN. You will help serve meals in the dining room and for to-go orders, ensuring a clean, inviting environment and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include following meal service schedules, accommodating resident dietary needs, and supporting a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience in food service or dining operations.
• Ability to follow meal serving schedules and safety protocols.
• Capable of interacting positively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and ensures dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows dining room procedures and meal serving schedule.
• Assists with to-go meal service and resident dietary needs.
• Maintains safety and sanitation practices in the dining area.
• Supports positive resident relations and resident satisfaction.
