Qualifications

• Possession of a ServSafe® Food Handler, Manager, and Responsible Alcohol Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructional lectures for culinary arts courses up to 10 hours/week.
• Organize and teach all levels of culinary classes.
• Use appropriate teaching methods to facilitate student learning.
• Teach day, evening, and/or weekend assignments, possibly including distance learning.
• Assess Student Learning Outcomes every semester.
