Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher and 2+ years related experience.
• Or associate degree with 6+ years related experience.
• Or valid California Community College Credential.
• Or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach culinary arts or food service management courses.
• Use varied pedagogies for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students.
• Maintain records and course syllabi.
• Evaluate student progress with tests and assignments.
• Adhere to curriculum outlines.
• Provide timely grading and evaluation reports.
