Under general supervision, you will design course outlines, create lesson plans for credited courses, and assess student progress while maintaining inventory and safety standards.

You will develop budgets, prepare required documentation, and collaborate with staff to support recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or completion of a Culinary Apprenticeship Program with industry certification.
• Familiarity with inventory, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional delivery.
• Ability to meet program accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop program and course outlines, goals, and objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction for credited technical/occupational courses.
• Evaluate students' progress in attaining goals and objectives.
• Request and maintain supplies and equipment; manage budget requests.
• Prepare required budgets and maintain documentation and reports.
• Ensure safety and security requirements in the training area.
• Meet with students, staff, and educators to discuss instructional programs.
• Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
