Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities at Goldfinch Estates in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Culinary Aide to assist with the presentation and serving of meals for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will help maintain dining areas and accommodate dietary needs with courtesy and care.

This role offers a competitive pay range ($16.63–$20.51/hr) based on experience, with a supportive team and opportunities through benefits programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior culinary experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities.
• Accommodate resident meal-related requests promptly and courteously.
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to specific resident dietary needs and preferences.
• Support the overall dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction.
