Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant for Fieldcrest, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Sheldon, IA. The role covers evening shifts (2pm–10pm) and requires delivering compassionate personal care and support to residents.

You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and safety while fostering meaningful interactions. Minimum high school diploma or GED and one year of related healthcare experience preferred. Background checks apply.
