Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow the Code of Conduct.
• Perform daily office tasks and assist the platform team for smooth operations.
• Balance cash and correct outages, keeping policy-aligned records.
• Refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations.
