Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide superior service to members, prospective members and guests. The role includes greeting guests, answering calls, assisting with tours and signups, and maintaining a clean club environment.

You will handle billing updates and respond to questions promptly, contributing to a welcoming, judgement-free atmosphere for all visitors.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests
• Greet members and guests and make them feel welcomed
• Answer phones and assist callers with various questions
• Assist with signups, tours, and communications regarding amenities and billing

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcomed
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
• Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, and log amenities/billing updates
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities
