Planet Fitness is hiring Overnight and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives in Michigan. You will greet members, assist guests, answer phones, sign up new members, and help ensure a clean, welcoming club environment during shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or other hours.

This role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication, and teamwork with an amazing group of gym staff. We offer a set schedule, night-shift premium, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in member services or retail is a plus.
• Ability to greet members warmly and handle inquiries.
• Strong phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check in members, provide club tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing information.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Regular cleaning of the facility and front desk area.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
