Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Littleton, Colorado. You will be the face of friendly service, assisting customers with rentals, using U-Scan technology, and ensuring equipment is ready and safe for use.

This role includes learning through on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
