Compensation:

$23.00/hr to $28.00/hr, depending on experience

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• 5+ years experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, or equivalent
• Advanced customer service skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to multitask
• Geographical knowledge or map reading skills of the sales area
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls upon receipt
• Update customer profiles with new information
• Type service contract proposals for new customers
• Maintain maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and renewals
• Order parts for special orders
• Follow up on pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
