Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Oversee all routes and bus scheduling
• Counsel and coach drivers and monitors
• Handle heavy phone and radio traffic
• Manage scheduling, driver complaints, and report to supervisors
• Communicate with contracted customers
• Handle charter reservations, billing, or driver payroll
• Resolve drop-off and pick-up issues
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties or back-up driver duties
• Complete special projects and assist with daily operations

Experience and Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of radio dispatch equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Experience in terminal operations, dispatch, or driving
• Computer literate

Subject to DOT drug testing and physical. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs, including marijuana.
