Job summary

Parallon is seeking a Credentialing Verifier II to handle credentialing collection and verification for initial and re-credentialing, ensuring CPC policy compliance and timely documentation.

The role involves processing PAFs/RCFs/RRFCs, assembling packets in Cactus, data entry, and maintaining accurate records while protecting confidentiality. Part-time schedule with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with credentialing processes and CPC policy a plus.
• Strong data verification and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process PAFs, RCFs and RRFCs and verify provider presence in Cactus.
• Compile RFC/RRFC packets and maintain documentation.
• Data entry and image maintenance for credentialing workflows.
• Review packets for completeness and identify missing information.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with CPC policies.
