Parallon seeks a Credentialing Processing Center Specialist II to safeguard patient well-being by ensuring verified practitioner credentials across hospitals and facilities. This role supports informed practitioner access decisions impacting thousands of lives daily.

You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage complex credentialing documents, and uphold regulatory standards to maintain high quality and timely credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare credentialing experience with Parallon or HCA required.
• Experience with Joint Commission/National Committee for Quality Assurance accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• NAMSS Certification preferred.
• Remote employees must live within 60 miles of an HCA hospital.
• Wired internet access with at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload.

Responsabilités

• Ensure credentialing of medical and allied providers is thorough and timely.
• Maintain and organize credentialing files with strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with 350+ facilities, customers, and stakeholders.
• Identify compliance flags and escalate issues with expediency.
• Adhere to Joint Commission standards and facility bylaws.
• Document resolutions and any unresolved issues for potential audits.
