Job summary

Trin Told Me is seeking a Personal + Content Assistant to support a full-time creator with a part-time commitment. The role blends personal coordination, content planning, and day-to-day life organization, with in-person days three per week and travel as needed.

The ideal candidate is ultra-organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable with filming support, basic video edits, and cross‑posting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a dynamic creator environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and proactive.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong social media understanding (TikTok, IG, YouTube).
• Experience with basic video editing.
• Comfortable with travel planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, calendars, and to-do lists.
• Manage deadlines, appointments, events, and travel plans.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and reservations.
• Help plan itineraries and travel logistics.
• Travel with the creator when needed and manage expenses.
• Support content days, shoots, and behind-the-scenes tasks.
• Assist with filming TikToks, Reels, YouTube content, and podcasts.
• Perform basic video editing and content prep.
• Cross-post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Keep content organized and ensure timely posting.
