Job summary

Truv is seeking a content and community specialist for its MyTruv consumer app. You will manage voice and content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, turning creator material into a regular posting cadence and fostering an engaged audience.

You'll react quickly in comments and DMs, maintain an on-brand tone, and collaborate with UGC creators to amplify impact. This is an hourly contract role with potential to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Native English with a strong sense of tone and timing.
• Proven ability to grow a social channel or community.
• Comfortable on camera and quick to create short-form video and posts.

Responsibilities

• Own content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram: plan, package, and post.
• Grow and nurture the community with on-brand voice and rituals.
• Respond in comments and DMs quickly and humanly to convert commenters into users.
• Coordinate with UGC creators to amplify content and reach.
• Feedback audience insights to growth and product teams.
