Job summary

Nen Creative in the United States is seeking a part-time Creative Recruiter to help identify, source, and screen top creative talent across video production, motion, design, and creative strategy.

You’ll collaborate with leadership and production teams to scale the company by building a stronger hiring pipeline and refining hiring processes.

Ideal candidates understand creative work deeply, evaluate portfolios, and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments.
• Strong understanding of creative industries (video production, motion, branding, or digital design).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess fit beyond technical skill and source top talent.
• Experience screening portfolios, reels, and past work.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify creative talent across production, animation, cinematography, editing, design.
• Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to identify strong candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication.
• Help build and refine our hiring process and candidate pipeline.
• Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials.
• Support freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts.
