Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Creative Recruiter to identify, source, and screen top talent across video production, motion, design, and creative operations. You will work closely with our leadership and production team to scale the company by building a stronger hiring pipeline across a range of disciplines — creative first, but ultimately everything from production to operations to client leadership.

• Source and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative roles.
• Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to identify strong candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews.
• Help organize and improve our hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruiting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements.

• Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials.
• Support both freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts.
