Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and education.
• Lead or assist therapeutic activities to promote independence.
