Job summary

OPOC.us is seeking a part-time Corporate Wellness Health Coach to support employees with personalized health plans. The role blends onsite sessions at corporate locations with virtual coaching, and may require travel within the region.

You will create individualized nutrition and fitness plans, lead workshops, and track progress. A health coaching certification and 2+ years of experience are required; biometric screenings are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of health coaching experience.
• Certification in Health Coaching from a recognized organization.
• Trained in biometric screenings / blood pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions (in person and virtual).
• Create individualized plans that incorporate nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Deliver engaging wellness workshops and presentations at corporate sites.
• Support clients in goal setting, accountability, and behavior change strategies.
• Collaborate with employers and wellness teams to track program success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions and progress.
• Stay current on best practices in health coaching, nutrition, and fitness.
