Qualifications

• Nationally recognized health or wellness certification in corporate wellness coaching.
• Bachelor's degree in health science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years wellness program development and coaching experience.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications current.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through coaching sessions and growth-focused coaching.
• Present educational health and wellness information to clients.
• Travel to corporate client locations as needed to Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
• Maintain clear notes and data entry for client records.
• Support on-site and virtual coaching for client organizations.
