Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Onsite Health and Wellness Coach to support county employees in achieving personal health goals through evidence-based coaching, personalized guidance, and ongoing encouragement. The role emphasizes physical, emotional, and behavioral health in a collaborative setting.

You will conduct assessments, educate on nutrition and healthy living, deliver presentations, and work onsite up to five days a week, with travel within the county.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in health coaching or related roles.
• Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessments to create personalized wellness plans.
• Educates members on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and wellness topics.
• Provides ongoing support and accountability to clients.
• Delivers wellness presentations and education workshops on-site and virtually.
• Collaborates with county stakeholders and plan sponsors to align wellness initiatives.
• Travels within Miami-Dade County as part of the assignment.
