Lone Star College Foundation is seeking a Part-time Coordinator III to oversee day-to-day and some long-term operations within the Foundation area, coordinating logistics and supporting diverse programs. You will manage data, prepare reports, and liaise with internal teams and donors.
This role includes coordinating events, assisting with accounting tasks, and contributing to special projects while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

The Part-time Coordinator III, Foundation provides oversight and facilitation of day-to-day and some long-term operations within the Lone Star College Foundation area, playing a strong role in leading, planning, development, evaluation and improvement. Ensures smooth and efficient operations as well as compliance with policies, procedures and a variety of local, state and federal regulations. Coordinates logistics, services and support surrounding significantly diverse programs and departments. Makes and communicates process decisions based on best practices. A wide variety of related duties will be required depending upon the workload and activities at any given time.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Hourly Pay Rate is $22.26
