Job summary

LPQ USA LLC in Beverly Hills is seeking kitchen team members to prep and execute all menu items, including seasonal specials, per LPQ ticket standards. You will keep all areas clean and organized, assist with cleaning dishes and equipment, and help the Kitchen Manager maintain correct par levels and line quality.

Flexibility in scheduling is highly preferred. Knife-handling experience is a plus, with opportunities to be cross-trained across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule highly preferred.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items per LPQ ticket standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; assist with dishes and equipment.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with proper food par levels and prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control and food safety.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
• Follow cleaning and food safety checklists to ensure proper handling.
