• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining proper serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area; adheres to safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and company policies; participates in safety meetings.
