Qualifications

• Previous grill cook/cooking experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following standards.
• Takes orders, completes items from steam tables, and serves at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in assigned areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
