Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including timely item securing, proper storage of leftovers, and inventory upkeep.
