Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time cook to prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and dietary orders. You will work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food prep, inventory, and item security to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a hotel kitchen or restaurant, knowledge of sanitation standards, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized and professional; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Assist in managing food & beverage operations, inventories, and supply management.
