Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients for menu items in a neat, accurate, and timely way.
• Follow prep list and recipes to ensure quality and consistency from prep to line.
• Execute each dish with adherence to recipes and portions.
• Maintain organized and clean work area; restock as needed.
• Follow health department codes and safe food handling procedures.
