Qualifications

• Previous experience as a chef or cook
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification preferred

• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Prep meat, fish, soups, sauces, etc. for service using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Cook and plate guest orders in accordance with menu specifications
• Check all food items for quality
• Wrap, label, and date all food containers before refrigerating
