Trinity Services Group, a premier on-site food service provider, is seeking a Cook for an on-site jail/correctional facility in Dubuque, IA. The role requires weekend availability, a minimum of one year cooking experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will work three 8-hour shifts weekly between 8am and 6pm, following menus and safety procedures. DailyPay and a $500 bonus are offered, along with a commitment to training, growth, and veteran-friendly employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (18+).
• At least 1 year cooking experience.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold items following recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers safely.
• Store, label, and rotate products per state laws.
• Stand for extended periods and complete opening/closing tasks.
