Pyramid Healthcare, Concord facility, is seeking a Part-Time Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients and staff while maintaining efficient, safe kitchen operations. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and assist with inventory and sanitation processes.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification is preferred or can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food meets quality, portion, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Adjust recipes and quantities based on census and needs
• Accommodate special dietary requirements as directed
• Complete required logs (temperature checks, cleaning schedules, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
• Participate in required trainings and maintain certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
