Broadway Cityview in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a part-time Cook to join our Community Culinary Services team. The role is hands-on production cooking, maintaining quality and cleanliness in a senior living setting, and supporting residents with meals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; culinary degree preferred; at least one year of restaurant or senior living cooking experience. This position offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to a warm, welcoming community.

Formación

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs meeting dietary criteria as required by local regulations.
• Demonstrate cooking speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving of meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make revisions to improve service.
• Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner to support occupancy.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff and quality service.
