Azalea Health & Rehab in Metter, GA is hiring a part-time Cook for all shifts. Starting pay is $16.38/hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves preparing meals for residents, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will follow standardized recipes, support dietary restrictions, and contribute to a positive dining experience for residents while working in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and safety instructions.
• Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares various foods per menu created by dieticians for each meal.
• Operates kitchen equipment (mixer, slicer, oven, steamer) safely.
• Maintains cleanliness of surfaces and equipment after each shift.
• Prepares meals in large quantities for elderly residents and uses institutional cookware.
• Ensures meals are prepared and served on time and dietary orders are followed.
