Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals per menu created by dietician for each meal.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as mixer, slicer, oven and steamer.
• Maintains clean work areas and proper food handling.
• Assists with tray line service and diet modifications.
• Records temperatures and monitors inventory as required.
• Follows infection control policies and safety procedures.
