Responsibilities

• Prepares foods per menu created by dieticians for each meal.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as mixer, slicer, oven and steamer.
• Cleans surfaces, sweeps floors and stores unused foods after shift.
• Prepares meals in large quantities suitable for elderly residents.
• Ensures meals are ready on time and served as ordered.
