Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt validation, storage, and handling of damaged or spoiled products.
• Supervise team activities including stocking, production, and quality assurance.
• Ensure familiarity with store products, sales, and promotional details.
• Communicate and execute weekly plans, manage scheduling, labor, and payroll in accordance with company policies.
• Develop and monitor department goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department, adhering to food safety and safety guidelines.
• Participate in meetings and uphold company core values.
