Responsibilities

• Manage secure filing systems in electronic and paper format to conduct the research.
• Provide administrative assistance with ordering supplies and other administrative duties for MCOM.
• Work with Finance and Operations to track expenditures and request invoicing of sponsors of research projects
• Work with RSA MCOM staff and PI, Finance and the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarly Activity to accept direction
• Support the Assistant Director of RSA at MCOM with clerical and organizational tasks
• Coordinate events for the Office of Research and Scholarly Activity
• Other duties as assigned by the Vice Provost of RSA
