What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively recruit candidates through various channels including cold calling, networking, job fairs, and advertisements
- Screen and maintain candidate information in the HR system to ensure it is up to date
- Hire and manage external search firms to optimize recruitment efforts
- Train managers and executives on effective recruiting strategies
- Assist with updating HR policies and additional consulting responsibilities related to HR technology and employee development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient computer skills
