Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider seeks a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for a remote 12-month contract. Location:100% Remote

Duration: 12 month contract

Rate Range:$40-45 per hour W2

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveRecruiting Coordinatorto support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department, with a focus on the full recruitment life cycle. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, from initial intake to onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in HR processes and familiar with recruiting life cycle
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • MS Suite
  • Soft skills – organized, really good communication, good with prioritizing tasks

Preferred Experience:

  • Reinsurance industry experience
  • SAP Success Factors

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and understand staffing needs.
  • Draft and post job descriptions tailored to specific roles and departments.
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies to communicate job requirements and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule interviews and manage logistics between candidates and interviewers.
  • Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring managers.
  • Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Oversee background check processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
