CONCEPT ENGINEERS INC in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Commercial Construction Project Manager (PMP preferred) for a contract, on-site role. You will lead project teams, coordinate day-to-day tasks of structural components, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance on site.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong communication with clients, crew, and subcontractors, and the ability to manage aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building construction management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing aggressive construction schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience coordinating with clients, construction crews and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction projects on-site and lead the project team.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks of structural components.
• Ensure all engineering work on site meets quality standards and regulations.
