Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

This is a part-time (30+ hrs), on-site role for a contract position Commercial Construction Project Manager, PMP. located in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for management of construction projects, leadership of team coordinating day-to-day tasks of structural components, ensuring all engineering work at the site and maintaining quality standards and regulations.

10 years’ Experience with building construction management

PMP certification preferred

Experience with Aggressive construction schedule

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extensive experience of interacting and effective communication with client, construction crew, subcontractors
