Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance duties and schedules work orders.
• Assists with preventive maintenance and records documentation.
• Coordinates projects and repairs with outside contractors.
• Ensures contracted services are performed per contract and timelines are met.
• Performs light electrical, plumbing and HVAC work as directed.
• Performs general repairs to fixtures, finishes, doors, and carpentry.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and assists with custodial tasks.
• On-Call for Maintenance emergencies.
