Qualifications

• One to three years of previous maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and completes work orders promptly.
• Documents inspections and repairs on building logs/checklists.
