Ebenezer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Calvary Center Cooperative in Golden Valley, MN. The role involves maintaining the building and grounds, coordinating with outside contractors, and keeping accurate maintenance logs under supervision.

Day shift, part-time (40 hours every two weeks), 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday with potential seasonal adjustments and no weekend work. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One to three years of previous experience.
• Must have a basic understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Drivers License.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine maintenance duties and inspections.
• Coordinates projects and repairs with outside contractors.
• Maintains building logs, preventive maintenance program, and reports daily/monthly tasks.
• Assists with groundskeeping and basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks as needed.
